The Junior League of Dallas is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action collaboration and training.

For over a century, we have proudly united nearly 4,000 women, all committed to serving Dallas and making a positive impact on our community. As we honor our rich history, we remember the countless women who have harnessed their Junior League training to serve the needs of our city. Since our inception in 1922, our members have been proactive in identifying areas of need, taking meaningful action, and supporting organizations that provide essential services to our community. We are steadfast in carrying forward this legacy of leadership and devotion to Dallas.
